The company is a privately held company established by Mr. Haim Moran and his son, Mr. Yoav Moran, until recently, shareholders of 50% of Mivney Gazit, a leading and well established real estate company in Israel. With vast business and entrepreneurial experience, spread upon decades of fruitful activities, The Company’s senior managers are deeply rooted in the real estate entrepreneurial markets, both in Israel and overseas.
